Photo Highlights from the 2017 Savage 7K Run / Walk
Sunday, September 17, 8 - 9:30 am
Built of stone from the Little Patuxent River bordering Savage, Carroll Baldwin Hall is a 95-year-old Maryland Historic Trust site which still serves as a vibrant community center. Funds from each year’s race help restore and maintain this historic gem. This autumn run/walk featured live music, homemade treats, and prizes.

The 7K Run course began at the historic Carroll Baldwin Hall (built 1921-1922), continued past Savage Mill and other historic sites, and then proceeded through Savage Park and the surrounding neighborhood. The 1 mile Historic Walk passed by buildings in the heart of Savage, introducing participants to the role Savage and its residents played in American history.
